Introduction to production line equipment:
1. Mixer: Mix the raw materials according to the production formula and add a certain amount of water to mix thoroughly and evenly before use.
2. Feeding machine: Using a motor as the power for spiral conveying, the mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.
3. Expander: different models of twin-screw extruder are selected according to the output of the production line. The output can range from 100 kg/h to 400 kg/h. The raw materials can be corn flour, Rice noodles, flour, grain flour and other raw materials.
4. Pincer: The puffing machine injects the core material into the hollow tube immediately, which can be used to inject peanut butter, chocolate sauce, sugar, etc.
5. Plastic cutting machine: Cut products with core materials, and the size can be freely adjusted.
6. Elevator: Conveys the product to the oven.
7. Multi layer oven: The oven is a tunnel type multi layer drying oven, mainly powered by electricity, gas, and biofuels. The temperature can be adjusted between 0 and 180 degrees through the control cabinet, and the interior is made of stainless steel mesh bags. The baking time can be freely adjusted according to the product process. By baking, the puffed food has a crispy and mellow taste.
8. Oil spray seasoning line: There are octagonal barrels, lifting single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production capacity and product properties. There are also oil spray, sugar spray, and coating equipment.
