Product Description

The pet food production line is a new type of pet food production line developed by our company based on years of experience in developing twin-screw puffing machines. Process flow of pet food production line:  Powder mixer - Spiral feeder - Double screw host - Air blower - Five layer fuel oven - Large elevator - Spray line - Cooling conveyor

Introduction to the main functions of each equipment on the production line: 
1. Mixer: Mix the raw materials and nutrients required for production evenly here.
2. Spiral feeder: The mixed raw materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder, and the screw rod also has a secondary stirring effect on the raw materials during feeding.
3. Twin screw extrusion host: Squeeze and puff the mixed raw materials here, making the product taste crispy and improving its palatability. The puffed dog food is easier for pets to digest.
4. Air blower: Transport the produced products to the oven, and the height of the air blower can be freely adjusted according to the height of the oven.
5. Five layer fuel oven: Our company has multiple output ovens, including electric ovens, fuel ovens, etc. The ovens can dry the incoming products, reduce their internal moisture, and make the product taste crispy.
6. Large elevator: Transport the baked products to the seasoning line.
7. Spray line: To season the delivered products and make them more popular among pets, our company has various seasoning equipment, such as star anise seasoning agent, spray seasoning machine, spray seasoning line, drum seasoning machine, etc.
8. Cooling conveyor: Cools the seasoned products and transports them for packaging.
