Product Description

The production line developed by the company takes flour, corn flour, corn starch, cassava starch, potato starch, etc. as raw materials, which are directly extruded and cut by a twin-screw extruder to produce 2D blanks such as screw, square/round tube, onion ring, wavy sheet, etc. It can also be used to produce 3D blanks such as Miaocui Jiao, Network Crispy, Duck Egg Round, etc. through embossing and composite production. After drying, frying, and seasoning, the raw material can be made into a secondary puffed food with delicate and crispy texture, smooth surface, and realistic shape. Our screw combination technology and precise control over the production process can provide you with a wider range of raw material choices, better product quality, and more diverse varieties.
