Product Introduction

Pet food and aquatic feed production lines are high-end pet food processing equipment developed by Dayi to cater to the emerging pet product market. The entire production line has a reasonable design, flexible configuration, and strong adaptability. It can produce crispy pet food, such as dog food, cat food, fish and bird feed, and can also produce single or dual color chewable pet food, truly realizing multiple uses in one machine.

This pet food production line utilizes the unique twin-screw extrusion technology of Dayi to make the product cut smoother and the shape more realistic. At the same time, our company has more than ten years of processing experience in pet feed processing. We can also provide customers with pet feed processing solutions. The production line consists of a flour mixer, a main extruder, a traction machine, a hoist, a three-layer oven, and octagonal seasoning barrels. The dry and wet materials are mixed in a powder mixer, and then fed into an expansion host. The co rotating twin screws act as mixing and melting agents for the materials. The co feeding materials are heated and squeezed, and extruded from the mold. Then, the air blower sends the cut products to a three-layer oven for drying. After the dried products are fed into a seasoning bucket for flavoring, pet feed with novel shapes, unique flavors, and unique colors is obtained.
