This process line uses wheat flower,rice flour, and corn flours as the raw material to produce flour food by screw extrusion technique.By using different moulds, the food will have different shapes, such as rice crust,pillow, pizza roll, shell, whelk, cat-ear, pea, triangle etc.The shapes of product are similar to the real one and they taste crispy and delicious after fried and flavored.No need a dryer, simple process, less investment.It is the best choice for middle-sized companies.

Pellet Chips Making Machine Fried Snacks Processing Line mainly use potato starch/flour, corn starch, cassava starch, wheat flour as main materials, through mixing, extruding, cutting and frying to produce various shapes pellets by rotary cutting device and different dies, like shell, screw, spiral, tube pellets. After oil frying and flavoring with different seasoning, these pellets will become crispy and delicious snacks food. By working with different shaping machine, this line can produce 3D pellets, waved chips, shrimp chips, popular with consumers.

1 With adopting the latest Italy design concept to do proper improvement for the structure of screw and barrel to make sure that screw won't grind inside the barrel.This will not only extend their use life, and also avoid the grind iron scrap mixing into the material.

2 Unique design of the diversion-cone enables the uniform discharging, and pressure equalizing for the discharge point of the die.

3 The rational barrel and screw cooling structure and effective heating unit assure the accuracy of temperature control.
