This line uses corn starch, wheat flour, potato starch as materials to produce"bugles", "web", "potato chips"and many other 3D compound extrusion food.The Vinci is a large expansion machine equipment that combines stype hostingle and double screws. A high-tech research and development equipment combining our company's twin screw 70A host and single screw 130 host. This equipment is mainly designed for extrusion processing of rotary cutting and 3D composite products.
Process flow of fried wheat flour snack production line: Flour Mixer → Vinci Extruder → Pulling Conveyor → Pattern Machine → Compound Shaper → Elevator → Dryer →Automatic Fryer → Flavoring Line
Introduction to the main functions of each equipment on the production line:
1. Mixer: Mix the raw materials and a certain amount of water thoroughly and evenly
2. Extrusion host: Extrude and mature the mixed raw materials here
3. Embossing machine: The products produced in the extruder are embossed and can be manufactured into products with different patterns according to production needs
4. Composite molding machine: The produced product is reshaped and can be made into different shapes according to production requirements, such as grid, circular, or triangular shapes
5. Five layer fuel oven: Bake the formed product here to reduce internal moisture and enhance taste
6. Oil curtain fryer: Fry the roasted product, and the taste of the fried product will become crispy
7. Seasoning Line: Seasoning the fried product, utilizing the remaining temperature of frying to further promote the attachment of seasoning. The flavor of the seasoning can be determined according to production needs
