With low-temperature soybean meal and peanut meal as the main raw materials, the histone production line
can produce histone, artificial meat and other foods with certain strength and toughness. The product shapes
are cylindrical, square, thin slice, thin strip, granule and so on. It is widely used in canning, seasoning, ham,
meat products or cooking industry.
The drawing protein is made of low-temperature soybean meal, soybean protein isolate and other main raw
materials. The mixing, cooking, high temperature sterilization and extrusion molding of the materials are
completed in the double screw extrusion. The production has the lamellar muscle fiber structure, high strength
and high toughness of soy wire drawing protein food, similar to the taste and texture of meat, according to the
different extrusion mold and equipment, can produce cylinder, block, piece, strip, grain, pudding and other
shapes. This brushed protein food has good water absorption and oil retention characteristics, high temperature
resistance and stew, so it can be widely used in meat products, fast food, frozen food, fillings, and can also be
made into different flavors of vegetarian meat leisure food and vegetarian dishes.
